What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks (US banks), Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, and Paypal.

If I purchase a piece of artwork when will it be shipped?

If you purchase a piece of artwork, or other item from inventory, it will be shipped within 5 days of purchase. If the piece is in our current exhibition, it will be shipped within 7 days of show closure.

Are rush shipments available?

Yes, we do offer rush shipments on all inventory purchases. Contact the gallery to arrange expedited shipping.

Can I use my own Fedex or UPS account number for shipping?

Yes. For orders under $500 we will have Fedex or UPS pack the shipment. For orders over $500 we will pack the shipment in house free of charge and deliver it to the shipper of your choice with your account number.

Is shipped artwork insured?

Yes, all artwork is shipped insured. Please note that if you choose shipping through USPS the max value to insure art to many countries is $650.

Do you accept returns on artwork?

We pay our artists very promptly and therefore we do not accept returns on artwork, however if you are unhappy with your purchase we will exchange it within 3 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. All artwork is professionally photographed for the website, therefore images on the website are very accurate.

Is custom framing available?

Yes, we offer custom framing in house at competitive prices. We offer a 20% framing discount for pieces purchased within the building. We can also frame your outside purchases.

Can I choose a different frame for a piece that is already framed?

Yes, but a reframing charge will apply if the piece was framed by the artist. If the piece was framed in house we will deduct a portion to go towards the new frame.

Do you offer artwork installation?

Yes, we offer installation of gallery purchases and/or rehanging of your entire collection. Contact the gallery for pricing information.
